This Ethiopia packs some serious flavor. Anaerobic coffees undergo a fermentation process before being dried. This breaks down the coffee cherry imparting flavor into the beans in a different way than traditional processing methods. This bean is also dried in the cherry ( natural process)  before being de-pulped. This creates an intense explosion of flavor that offers a Jolly Rancher note accompanied by the taste of dried berries and a cacao undertone.
